I am passionate about what I do and have been in the real estate industry since 2003.  I have been and continue to appraise homes in the Atlanta market area including the following counties: Cobb, Cherokee, Fulton, Dekalb, Paulding, Bartow, Forsyth, and Gwinnett.  This gives me a well rounded knowledge of values in the Atlanta area and the experience needed to understand the changing markets from season to season.  In addition, my background includes working with lenders and understanding the process of how an appraisal is evaluated and how that can benefit a home owner with regards to what improvements they should or should not make in order to get the largest return on investment in their home before listing it for sale.  I have the knowledge and experience when it comes to understanding the numbers and attention to detail to make them happen.  Having the ability to research the market properly is key.  Also, understanding the advantages of proper staging, market pricing, marketing properties professionally, and negotiating with potential buyers and sellers is paramount in making my clients happy.  Above all, I get the most satisfaction out of using these talents to help my clients purchase and/or sell their next home!!!
