I have the knowledge and experience when it comes to understanding the numbers and attention to detail to make them happen. Having the ability to research the market properly is key. Also, understanding the advantages of proper staging, market pricing, marketing properties professionally, and negotiating with potential buyers and sellers is paramount in making my clients happy.
